Katalyn Dragovan
Director
Katalyn is the energy behind the Chamber, keeping businesses connected, events thriving, and big ideas turning into action. She’s all about strategy, storytelling, and building a stronger, more vibrant Shelbyville—one bold move at a time.
A Fourth of July superfan (her son’s birthday gives her an extra reason to celebrate), Katalyn thrives on bringing people together, whether it’s through community events, business networking, or simply making sure every local success story gets the spotlight it deserves.
When she’s not busy elevating the Chamber, you’ll find her by the lake with her family, capturing life’s moments through her kids’ eyes—most likely with a sea salt caramel in hand.

If there’s one thing Jason understands, it’s the hustle of running a small business. As a business owner, he brings firsthand experience to the Chamber, making sure the challenges of local entrepreneurs don’t go unnoticed. His mission? Helping fellow business owners thrive, one connection at a time.
When he’s not helping to support the community, you’ll likely find him on the golf course—either swinging a club or reminiscing about the Chamber’s annual golf outing (a personal favorite). Lately, though, the Scarecrow Daze Car Show is revving up to steal the top spot on his list.
His ideal day? A smooth day at work, a relaxing walk with his wife and dog, and a meal at one of Shelbyville’s many fantastic restaurants. And while he loves the smell of coffee, he’s not about that life—opting instead for a classic Coke Zero or a sweet treat from DQ, Original Burger, or Mo-Mo’s.
Why the Chamber? He joined to get involved, make a difference, and contribute to the town he loves. And while he signed up for the impact, he stayed for the incredible people and the chance to create something great alongside them.

Cheyenne has a passion for bringing people together—whether it’s through organizing events, marketing local businesses, or finding fresh ways to engage the community. With a background in real estate and physical therapy (plus a knack for event planning), she brings a dynamic mix of skills to the Chamber, always looking for creative ways to help Shelbyville grow.
She has a soft spot for locally owned businesses that create unique experiences and loves events like Scarecrow Daze and The Barstool Open—the kind that bring the town to life. Her ideal day in Shelbyville? Coffee in town, outdoor adventures with her kids, and catching a sunset over the lake. And if there’s a caramel latte involved, even better!
For Cheyenne, being part of the Chamber means playing an active role in helping businesses and events thrive. She’s all about fresh ideas, forward momentum, and making sure Shelbyville continues to shine.

One Twenty-Six, Owner
Regina brings a fresh perspective to the Chamber, fueled by big ideas and an even bigger passion for connecting business owners and leaders to create a thriving local economy. As the owner of The Wood Shop, One Twenty-Six and Atop the Shop, she’s no stranger to hard work—and she loves watching Shelbyville’s downtown flourish with new businesses each year.
When she’s not helping customers find the perfect piece for their home, you might catch her starting her day with yoga at EPOC Experience or unwinding on a paddle board at Lake Shelbyville. Her favorite sweet treats? Mo-Mo’s Fro-Yo and the irresistible turtles from Chelsey’s Kandy Shop. And while most know her for her woodworking skills, she’s also got a knack for flower arranging—because creativity has no limits!
Regina joined the Chamber because she sees Shelbyville’s incredible potential and wants to be part of the team bringing that vision to life. With a community this special, she’s determined to make sure everyone—residents and visitors alike—sees just how much Shelbyville has to offer.

Erin knows a thing or two about planning impactful events—her time in FFA gave her hands-on experience organizing both school and community gatherings. That passion for bringing people together makes her a natural fit for the Chamber, where she’s all about supporting local businesses and growing connections.
Her favorite time of year? The 4-H Fair, hands down. She believes 4-H gives kids lifelong skills, brings a buzz to town, and—let’s be honest—who doesn’t love seeing adorable livestock? When she’s not at an event, you’ll find Erin starting her day with a Valentine’s Day Lotus from Oliver Coffee, hitting the trails for a walk, grabbing lunch at a local spot, getting a workout in at EPOC, and shopping at Betsy’s Boutique.
She joined the Chamber after a member encouraged her to get involved, and now she’s dedicated to making a difference—helping businesses shine and ensuring the community continues to thrive.

Villas of Holly Brook, Office Manager
Stephanie brings an eye for detail and a knack for organization to the Chamber, thriving on projects that let her design flyers, cards, and anything that makes an impact. Her creativity and structured approach help bring ideas to life in a way that’s both polished and effective.
A self-proclaimed jellybean connoisseur (yes, it’s a real thing!), Stephanie is also a lover of flavored iced coffees—the sweeter, the better! Her ideal day in Shelbyville? Grabbing margaritas with friends at Mi Veracruz, taking her pup to the dog park, and strolling the scenic Dacey Trail. And when it comes to local favorites, Simply Yours tops her list—because nothing beats a fun shop and a great owner like Schryll!
Stephanie’s journey with the Chamber started when she moved to Shelbyville and began working at The Villas of Holly Brook. Networking through her job introduced her to the incredible businesses in town, and joining the Chamber felt like the perfect next step. Now, she’s all in—helping Shelbyville grow and thrive, one project at a time.

HSHS Good Shepherd
Angela brings a fresh outlook and innovative ideas to the Chamber, always looking for ways to help Shelbyville thrive. A proud Shelby County girl, she deeply values the sense of community that makes this area so special. Representing the hospital, she’s passionate about fostering connections that support both local businesses and the well-being of our residents—because a strong community starts with strong relationships.
When she’s not brainstorming ways to elevate the Chamber, you’ll find her shopping at local boutiques, savoring a bowl of chicken gnocchi soup at Iced, or spending the day on the lake. Her go-to treat? A slice of cheesecake from Iced—perfection! And if she’s not out enjoying town, she’s tending to cattle on her family farm, embracing the rural roots that make Shelbyville home.
For Angela, being part of the Chamber is about more than business—it’s about building a future where Shelbyville shines.

If fresh ideas were currency, Desiree would be the one making it rain. As a Chamber board member, she’s excited to dive deeper into Shelbyville and help turn great events into can’t-miss ones. After being wowed by her first-ever Candy Run (seriously, she didn’t believe the hype until she saw it herself), she knew Shelbyville had something special—and she’s ready to help take it to the next level. When she’s not dreaming up big plans, you’ll probably find her on the beach or boat with family and friends, or treating herself to a classic DQ hot fudge sundae (with nuts, of course).
